What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of revise.id, the public marketing website. Access to the Revise applications — submit.revise.id and production.revise.id — is governed by a separate service agreement issued to each journal or publisher at onboarding. Where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence for the applications.
Using this site
You may read, link to, and share these pages freely. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others. If you believe you have found a security issue, we would rather hear from you than not — write to hello@revise.id.
Accuracy of what you read here
We keep this site accurate, but it describes software under active development. Both platforms continue to change, and individual features may be added, altered, or withdrawn. Nothing on this website is a binding commitment to ship a particular feature on a particular date.
Screenshots and interface mockups shown here are illustrative. They represent intended design, not a guarantee of final appearance or behaviour.
Pricing and quotes
This site does not publish a rate card. Any figure we give you by email is a quote for your specific situation and is valid for the period stated in that quote. A quote is not a contract; the service agreement is.
Intellectual property
The Revise name, logo, written content, and page designs on this site belong to us. You may quote and cite this material with attribution. You may not present it as your own or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we have not agreed to.
Links to other sites
Where we link outward, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.
Liability
This website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
